Synchronicity feels Like Magic

Ever have one single, blessed 💫synchronicity💫 occur in your favor?

An invitation, a surprise meeting, an “ah-ha” moment — something that validates all the effort and the risk you take every day to put your work into the world.

Isn't it so sweet when synchronicity strikes?

At least every two weeks, I say to my boyfriend,

“I think something unexpected is going to happen this week. I don't know what it will be, but something is going to happen.”

I’m talking about magic.

🪧“Signs” from the Universe that I’m on the right path.

That I’m deserving.

That I’ve been seen — even if by something as unseeable as the 🪐Universe.

And this week, synchronicity struck.

🥁 I was signed by a talent agency as a speaker.

It feels a little insane that this happened out of the blue… and also, it makes perfect sense.

Every day, in my work with clients and in my own creative life, I re-commit to my desire to explore new terrifying and exciting possibilities.

Re-setting my intention matters.

Because being visible in the way you and I want to be visible — which is not for visibility’s sake –  but to put our work into the world and make our impact — requires commitment.

It’s vulnerable work.

The very practice of staying close to our commitment, to what matters most to our hearts — creates the synchronicities we long for.

It’s not woo-woo. 🦄

The invitation to sign with this agency didn’t come from nowhere.

It started definitively two years ago, when I wrote my first talk.

And it took a 🪄magical turn a week or so ago when a former participant in a few of my workshops responded to a letter I’d sent out months ago asking for speaking leads.

She forwarded me a letter from her agency, announcing a new speakers division. 

And then she said, “I thought of you!”🥰

She introduced me via email.

I followed up.

We met.

And it felt like a soulful match.

Setting an intention matters, and yes, the 🪐Universe also plays a part in our transformation.

So — renew your commitment every day.  

Take bold action that honors your exciting and scary vision on-the-regular.

And then go ahead - believe something 🦄magical🪄 will happen, even if you have no idea what it’ll be or when.

Because even a little bit of magic goes a very long way.
