This isn’t for you.

This is my territory, get lost.

You don’t belong here.

You’re not talented enough, well-known enough, cool enough, relevant enough.

You’re not serious enough.

You don’t know the right people.

There isn’t room for you.

Who are you, again?

These are some of the real messages I’ve heard this week—from clients and from colleagues.

Some of those messages where spoken out loud, others insinuated, and the rest interpretations delivered by our fear in subtle, silencing thoughts.

💙What might we feel in our hearts when we get these messages?

Of course deep sadness, hurt, and even a feeling of being violated.

But also—this is important—ANGER.

DEFIANCE.

SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS.

REBELLIOUSNESS.

😡 As in: F*CK. YOU.

Who are you to tell me I can’t, or that I’m not enough?

Who are you who thinks you control the levers of my success?

No.

I belong here.

Exactly here.

And you? You’re a relic of a broken system that feeds on other people’s brilliance.

(Too much? Maybe. But maybe not enough?!🤣)

Good morning Friend.

The next time you get pushback—from the outside or from your own inner intimidator—NOTICE.

If you sense even the tiniest voice of defiance, lean in.

If your body floods with fury, let her breathe.

That voice—the one that refuses to shrink—is a part of your most true self.

She knows that the message is wrong.

She knows your desire is sacred.

She knows you have every right to be here, to take up space, to get what you came for.

She is your ally. Your compass. Your proof that you are, in fact, OWNING your worth.

Don’t be fooled by systems or conditioning that say otherwise.

When you feel resistance, listen closely—she’s showing you the way forward.

Don't worry that your power is too big or destructive for the moment.  

Trust yourself to unfold your brilliance beautifully. I trust you will.
